Yuu Points Reward Details

 

• First Order Bonus:

  • New customers will receive 1,000 Yuu Points upon completing their first order with min. spending of $200

   

• Returning Customer Rewards:

  • Existing customers will earn 5 Yuu Points for every $1 spent on subsequent purchases.

   

• Points Crediting Timeline:

  • Yuu Points will be credited to your account 15 days after the exchange and return period has ended.

  • Points will only be awarded for completed and non-cancelled orders.

   

• Account Verification:

  • Please ensure that the contact number provided in your order is the SAME as the one registered with your Yuu account.

  • If the contact number does not match your registered Yuu account, points will not be credited.

   

• Additional Notes:

  • Points will be credited automatically to eligible Yuu accounts; no manual submission is required.

  • Refunds, returns, or exchanges made before the crediting date may affect the final points awarded.
